Ambatana is Swahili for ‘solidarity’. And that is exactly what we care about: acting in solidarity and cooperation. We are convinced that we can accomplish a lot together. Transparency and responsibility are our top priorities. We are politically and denominationally independent.
What we are working towards
Our vision is a world where everyone lives in a secure, nurturing environment with opportunities to develop their potential.
We founded our organisation as an initiative of young, dedicated people in order to support children at risk in Kenya. Our core project is the Rescue Centre that provides a safe, loving and nurturing home for children at risk of early marriage and other threats.
